Wendy Hampton

Wendy is the CEO and one of the owners of Express Toxicology Services. Wendy’s goal is to help ensure safe medical marijuana medicine for Oklahoma’s patients. Wendy provides inspirational company-wide leadership, making high-level policy, strategy, values, missions, and planning decisions. Wendy frequently communicates with shareholders, government entities, and the public for the advancement of the cannabis industry and laboratory testing. In 2003, Wendy graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Advertising from the University of Oklahoma. Wendy previously worked for the Sinclair Broadcast Group as a New Business Developer, managing over fifty accounts in a frequently fluctuating media landscape, Wendy excelled in her role and was able to retire from that position.

Billy Hampton

Billy Hampton is the COO for Express Toxicology Services. Billy’s goal is both comprehensive client education on laboratory testing and the utmost safety and sanitary handling of all medical marijuana samples. Billy leads with care and compassion for the employees and the community. Billy graduated from Edmond North High School and then went on to graduate from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond in 2010. Cynthia Dire, ND, Ph. D

Cindy Dire is a current Board Member of Express Toxicology Services. Cindy’s goal is to continue to support health, wellness, and natural healthcare. Since the late 1980s, Cindy has been interested in natural healthc4are and alternative medicine. Cindy obtained her Doctor of Naturopathy (ND) degree from Arkansas in 1999. At Harvard Medical School, she attended one of the first CAM (Complementary and Alternative Medicine) National workshops. She earned her Ph.D. in Holistic Nutrition, with Honors, in 2007 in Alabama. Cindy has certifications in instructing, facilitating, and briefing through the Army Reserves and continued with her training to earn a Master Trainer Certification from the Department of Defense in 2017. Her interest in health is ongoing and being married to a Physician has increased her knowledge of our Western Health Care services

Daniel J. Dire, MD, FACEP, FAAEM, FAAP

Dr. Dire is the Express Toxicology Services Medical Laboratory Director. Dr. Dire completed his premedical studies at Missouri Western State College and his Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Missouri in 1984. Dr. Dire completed the Residency Training Program in Emergency Medicine at Darnall Army Hospital, Fort Hood, Texas, where he served as Research Director and then Residency Director while on active duty in the Army. He is board Certified in both Emergency Medicine and Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Dr. Dire is the Medical Laboratory Director for ETS, serves on editorial boards, consultants for numerous medical journals, and is the author or co-author of many medical articles and publications. Dire is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians, Fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dire is married to Cynthia S. Dire, Ph.D., and has four children and six grandchildren.
